The Five Purposes of the Church   Acts 2:42-47

1.  Outreach:  Added to their number daily those who were being saved.

2.  Worship:  "They devoted themselves to...breaking of bread and prayers...praising God."

3.  Fellowship:  "Devoted to the fellowship...all the belivers were together...they ate together."

4.  Discipleship:  "They devoted themselves tot he apostles' teaching."

5.  Service:  "They gave to anyone as he had need."
